Thank you for applying to be a MFSR Trade Stallholder at the 2026 The Man From Snowy River Bush Festival. 

Before you begin your application please ensure you have the following documents ready to upload:
  • I have a current digital image of my stall frontage
  • I have a current digital image of my products
  • I have a current digital image of my stall set-up
  • I have read and understand the Trade Stallholder Prospectus document
  • I have printed, sketched and scanned my Proposed Stall Layout Plan (in metres)
  • I have a digital copy of my current Public Liability Insurance Certificate

Do you require MFSR to order and erect a Marquee on your site?
Marquee Hire will be an additional cost on top of site fees, we will be in touch to confirm size and cost with you if you are approved.

CAMPING ON-SITE
Campsite Depth and Details
Stallholders may camp immediately behind their stall (or closest proximity to it as directed by the MFSR Grounds Manager). 
Campsites must not exceed the width of stall.  Indicate depth required for your campsite and what you will be camping in.
FESTIVAL PASS REQUIREMENTS
Total staff required to service your Stall? Select how many of each ticket required. Please refer to Prospectus to see how many complimentary passes you receive.

ELECTRICITY REQUIREMENTS

Please remember that electricity supply is limited and we can not guarantee power for all stalls. We highly recommend bringing your own generators or solar.

Undeclared electrical appliances and their associated AMP/Phases may result in your application being declined or removal from the Festival. 

Stallholders who require access to the Festival’s power supply must request access and comply with the following safety standards:

-  Only use an approved portable power board equipped with a Residual Current Device (RCD) or Earth Leakage Circuit Breaker (ELCB) protection.
-  Double adaptors are strictly prohibited
-  An industrial-grade power lead must be used when connecting to the Festival’s power source

To ensure the safety of all stallholders, staff, and patrons, all electrical equipment and power leads brought onto the Festival site must be tested and tagged by a licensed electrical contractor within 12 months prior to the Festival. An audit may be carried out by our authorized Safety Officer of your site prior to trading and randomly throughout the Festival to ensure compliance.  
TOTAL AMPS / PHASES REQUIRED FOR YOUR STALL
INSURANCE & SAFETY
Public Liability Insurance Certificate of Currency
Stallholders must hold Public Liability Insurance with a minimum of $20million cover.  Upload a copy of your current PLI Certificate of Currency.
Tent Peg Safety
It is crucial for stallholders who utilise tent pegs to secure their tent/marquee/awnings to ensure they are ALL safely removed at the completion of the Festival.  It is compulsory for tent pegs to be clearly tagged throughout our Event. To assist you to comply with this requirement the Festival will provide coloured SAFETY TAGS - one for each tent peg required.  Safety Tags will be included with your stallholder pack.

ARRIVAL
Trade Stallholders can arrive on-site from Tuesday the 14th of April 2026. 
Further information on arrival details will be communicated with vendors closer to the date.
