MARKET STALLHOLDER APPLICATION FORM

Thank you for applying to be a Bush Market Stallholder on Saturday 12th at the 2025 The Man From Snowy River Bush Festival. 

We successfully conducted a safe and profitable event according to the feedback we received from stallholders and patrons alike.  We are pleased to offer you the opportunity to participate as a Market Stallholder at our Festival in 2025.

Your application will be reviewed upon lodgment.  Each stallholder will be contacted by email to advise whether your application has been successful or declined.  Successful applicants will then be invoiced. 

(Please note - there is a high demand for stallholders to trade with us.  Successful Stallholders must pay their invoice in full by the due date otherwise we cannot guarantee your ability to trade with us.)

It is important to reiterate that the Festival will comply with all requirements in relation to Covid compliance to ensure all associated with its conduct participate in a safe manner.  The same is expected from stallholders.

CHECKLIST:
Before you begin your application please ensure you have the following documents ready to upload:
  • I have a digital image of my stall frontage
  • I have a digital image of my products
  • I have a digital image of my stall set-up/layout
  • I have read and understand the Market Stallholder Prospectus document
  • I have printed, sketched and scanned my Proposed Stall Layout Plan (in metres)
  • I have a digital copy of my current Public Liability Insurance Certificate

Please accurately draw your Stall layout to scale including all back of house requirements.  Ensure you add your Stall Name to the bottom of the page and upload a digital copy.  Be sure the measurements are correct as your Stall is allocated on the basis of these plans.  The Stall layout plan must include everything - Trading Areas - retail counter, traffic flow, display layout, changerooms, etc; Storage Areas; Other...

INSURANCE & SAFETY
Public Liability Insurance Certificate of Currency *
Stallholders must hold Public Liability Insurance with a minimum of $10million cover.  Upload a copy of your current PLI Certificate of Currency.
Tent Peg Safety *
It is crucial for stallholders who utilise tent pegs to secure their tent/marquee/awnings to ensure they are ALL safely removed at the completion of the Festival.  It is compulsory for tent pegs to be clearly tagged throughout our Event. To assist you to comply with this requirement the Festival will provide coloured SAFETY TAGS - one for each tent peg required.  Safety Tags will be included with your stallholder pack.
